Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
14-Day Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase for any reason. This applies to all product types:
- Pay-Per-Scan Credits: Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Pro Subscription: Full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or any renewal payment.
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's consumer terms.
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, you may request a full refund for that payment.
Service Failures
If a scan fails due to a Service-side error, we will either re-run the scan at no charge or process a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt, or submit a request via our feedback form.
- Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law (including the Republic of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the EU's Consumer Rights Directive) are not affected by this policy. Where statutory rights provide greater protection, they take precedence.
