Short version: We want you to be satisfied. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days.
Pay-Per-Scan Credits
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the scan credit has not been consumed.
- Once a scan has been completed (results delivered), the credit is considered used and is not refundable.
- If a scan fails due to a Service-side error (not invalid Solidity code or user-side issues), we will either re-run the scan at no cost or issue a credit.
Pro Subscription ($59/mo)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
- First-week guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not performed any scans, you may request a full refund of the first month.
- Subsequent months are billed automatically and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Service Failures
If the Service is unavailable or produces an error that prevents you from receiving scan results:
- We will re-run the affected scan at no charge, or
- Issue a scan credit to your account, or
- Process a refund for the affected transaction
This does not apply to failures caused by invalid input (e.g., non-Solidity files, syntax errors in your code, files exceeding size limits).
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a request via our feedback form with your purchase details (email used at checkout, approximate date).
- We will review your request within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Korean Consumer Protection (전자상거래법)
For users in the Republic of Korea, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) provides additional protections. Under this law:
- Digital content that has not been used may be eligible for withdrawal within 7 days of purchase.
- If the service does not match its advertised description, you may request a refund regardless of usage.
- These statutory rights apply in addition to the policies above.
